The IC 7408 is a logic gate chip, which consists of four independent 2-input and gates, each of which performs logic and function. It is basically used where and logic is required, and can use one or all gates at the same time. Due to the small switching delay in the gate, 7408 chip can be used for high-speed and operation. It is directly output to the interface of CMOS, NMOS and TTL. It can work in the whole military temperature range of 0C to 70c. The maximum power supply voltage is up to 7V.
