The oppo Smartwatch runs a custom version of the company’s own coloros and is based on wear OS, which is compatible with Android 6.0 and later.
With the launch of oppo find x2 and find x2 Pro flagship smartphones, oppo also launched its first smart watch, oppo watch. Oppo watches come in two sizes – 41mm and 46mm. Elegant black, rose gold and mist silver 41mm variants cost 1499 yuan (about 15930 Rupees), black and rose gold 46mm aluminum variants cost 1999 yuan (about 21325 Rupees), while 46mm stainless steel silver version with silver strap, imported from Italy, costs 2499 yuan (about 25000 Rupees).
The oppo watch 41mm model has a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 320×360 pixels, while the 46mm model has a 1.91-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 402×476 pixels and a pixel density of 326ppi. It is powered by the Qualcomm snapdragon 2500 and Apollo 3 processors, with 1GB of ram and 8GB of storage. The company said the watch would automatically switch from Qualcomm’s chipset to the Apollo chipset when power savings were needed.
A smart watch can track all kinds of exercises. It can track indoor and outdoor running, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling, swimming, etc. It can also perform an electrocardiogram (ECG). The waterproof grade of 46mm model is 5atm, while that of 41mm model is 3atm. In order to track sleep, it also has sleep monitoring algorithm, which is used to track sleep mode and 24 × 7 heart rate monitoring.
With ESIM support, oppo watch allows you to make and receive calls. The 41mm model is powered by a 300 MAH battery for 20 hours and 14 days in long battery mode, while the 46mm model is powered by a 430 MAH battery for 40 hours and 21 days in long battery mode. With watch vooc flash charging technology, the battery can be charged between 1% and 50% in 17 minutes.
